The Lil Peep estate recently dropped off the highly anticipated “Falling Down” record with Lil Peep and XXXTENTACION. The track was a mash up based upon Peep’s original collaboration with ILOVEMAKONNEN, “Sunlight On Your Skin.” As much as I, and the internet enjoyed the posthumous collaboration with X and Peep, the real chemistry of the track is made so evident on the Makonnen version. The two artists who were also close friends were able to contrast each other’s styles seamlessly on the record. It truly feels like one for the ages. Check out the new release below.
