Out of nowhere, Apple announced yesterday that they’ve added The Weeknd to their setlist for the inaugural Apple Music Festival. Abel joins Pharrell, Disclosure, The Chemical Brothers, One Direction, Florence + The Machine, and many more at the 10-day event in London at the end of September.
Each artist will perform on a respective night at London’s historic Roundhouse, with each artist bringing out a special guest to open for them. Pharrell grabbed DC favorite Leon Bridges. The Weeknd’s special guest is still unannounced. Stay tuned for more details.
