Tennessee artist Tim Gent comes through with an earnest new track titled “1619.” The boom bap instrumental is produced by The Antydote, and features an urgent sounding singing hook from Gent, and fast-paced bars touching on social and political issues that are extremely relevant to these trying times. The cover art is very interesting as well, as it alludes to the same politically charged messages in the song. Check it out below.
