Rising SoundCloud sensations Tommy Ice and Kevin Kazi come together for a dope new collaborative EP, TommyKazi. The tape was recorded in a wide variety of locations as the two Atlanta natives have been traveling across the country taking label meetings and linking up for other artists. Tommy and Kevin have been friends and frequent collaborators for a while now. At this point it only makes sense that we’d get a real body of work from the duo. The production is colorful and dreary on the EP, coming from the likes of Jimi Jupiter, Lil Mochila, zJakkies, Nick Mira, and more, along with some self-production from Tommy’s producer alter ego, Yung Castor. The project boasts features from the pair’s frequent collaborator 909Memphis on two tracks, and Vision4K and 2KThaGoon on one.
