With Vic Mensa‘s debut album, Traffic still in the works, the Roc Nation rapper made a trip to Detroit recently to help raise money at Ryan Coogler’s #JusticeForFlint event. While there, Vic decided he wanted to debut his new socially-conscious single, titled “16 Shots,” which is dedicated to Laquan McDonald who was shot 16 times by a Chicago officer.
