As he continues to travel the nation on his most recent tour, it looks like North Carolina emcee J. Cole is finally making new music. A few days back, while on the road during his current tour, J. Cole decided to release a new video of him creating a new beat, which is supposedly going to somebody other than Cole. Check it out above.
