Atlanta reporter Mike Petchenik, of WSBTV news station, made some major headlines this Wednesday night in regards to the current situation between Birdman, Young Thug and Lil Wayne. According to Petchenik, Young Thug and Birdman were named in an indictment that involves a conspiracy to kill Lil Wayne back in April when Lil Wayne’s tour bus was shot at. Wow.
Mike Petchenik allegedly reports that both Thugga and Birdman contacted Jimmy Winfrey in a effort to kill Lil Wayne — saying Winfrey was “carrying out” Thug’s order.
Prosecutors will use Thug’s recent “Halftime” video as evidence, stating the visual shows Winfrey holding an assault rifle along w/ lyrics mentioning Lil Wayne’s persona. The indictment was reportedly filed back in June.
