Few people have got us more excited during 2020 than YS, the 20 year old phenom who’s been killing shit at Alamo Records. He’s had a monster of a year, this is his ninth single and he dropped the incredible Street Icons project with Ron-RonTheProducer back in April. To cap things off, he’s released a single with up-and-coming superstar Guapdad 4000 titled “Shot Caller,” and announced that his second project of the year, titled Cold Hearted, will be released later in December.
“Shot Caller” showcases the rappers’ pure hit-making abilities and it’s one of the strongest of all the singles that YS has dropped this year. The song’s accompanying music video is dope as well, and it highlights YS‘ showmanship and creativity. This is one we already can’t get enough of, we’ll be bumping it long into 2021.
