In 2019, 1Mere had the streets of Philly on fire with tracks like “Spin Again”, “Come Outside”, and “We Spinnin” 1 and 2. Back then, Mere‘s delivery was in your face, almost growling into the mic.
As hard as those records were, it’s cool to see Mere pivot into a different lane. Since signing to Before the Noise Records through William Fredericks, Mere has a calmer demeanor while keeping the same gruesome lyrics. His new track “Murder He Wrote” features bars where he disses his opps and the perils of living in the streets of Philly. Mere is almost casual about the violence he’s perpetrated and witnessed.
