Jack Harlow is more golden than a bucket of some Kentucky fried and he’s proving his value with every fucking release. He’s evolving into a true superstar before our eyes with fifteen more tracks and each of these have a different flavor to dive into. Thats What They All Say is a great follow up to the tsunami that was “Whats Poppin”. Yeah we have the remix to run the streams up, but Jack is showing off his storytelling ability throughout this thing.
And past all of the high-profile features that are splattered up and down this project, Harlow really shines on his own. The production is immaculate especially from Jetson, Jenius and Hit Boy. Those will get the heart pumping, but cuts like “Keep It Light” (produced by Harry Fraud) and “Baxter Avenue” are the laid back moods to live with.
Truly, this is Jack showing his ass and he came to play. He’s confident and all the way in his bag, so the music will reflect that. You hear insecurities, but they are embraced to the point where he can translate them into powerful attributes. “Funny Seeing You Here” is a true standout because of the melding of vocal samples and Jack‘s delivery. “Luv Is Dro” features the legendary Static Major and Bryson Tiller. This will cause the women of the world to lose their minds if we’re going to be completely honest.
It’s wild to see how much he’s gotten better, but are we surprised when that’s the mission. To prove the doubters wrong without changing up and losing sight of what matters. The world is rooting for you Jack, keep going crazy.
