It’s no secret that Atlanta is a powerhouse for developing some of the biggest names in hip-hop. Being the home of artists such as Young Thug, Gunna, Future, and Lil Baby, Atlanta has definitely cemented its name in hip-hop history. YICTITAN is an artist out of Atlanta that has been on my radar recently. He’s got an amazing voice and makes music that’s super relaxing and can set a certain type of vibe in any atmosphere.
On his new project Elegance, YICTITAN channels his emotions into words and produces some banger tracks. The album opens with “4Ever” where he talks about how his life has changed ever since he started making music. He utilizes his melodic voice over a mellow beat, creating a fire intro to the album. Mid-way through the album we get “Man In The Mirror” where YICTITAN utilizes a rapid flow to spit about his personal accomplishments and how he’s making good money now. This track will definitely have you jumping. Finally, the album closes out with “Hard2Kill” (my favorite track of the lot). YICTITAN spits some hard bars over a banger beat about how he’s growing in the game and how it’s going to be hard to slow down his momentum.
