Everytime I feel like NxG has done it he comes back and does it even better. His track “Flex Up” with Iayze was a hit, but now he just dropped this new track called “Mismatch”, and to me it’s an even bigger hit. As always, NxG brings that high energy and provides us with a track that’s turn-up worthy.
My favorite thing about NxG is his style of rapping. The Philadelphia rapper utilizes a flow that’s very mumble heavy. I also love how he switches from a high vocal pitch to a lower vocal pitch throughout the song, sometimes switching up between bars. In “Mismatch”, he raps about getting his money up and living a lavish life, all the while tryna avoid those that would bring him down if they got the chance. Production on this track is phenomenal. There are so many different amazing effects and elements weaved into the beat, and NxG‘s vocals are what brings everything together.
