I’m sure you’re aware of the Griselda boys who are making noise out of Buffalo, New York, but hearing proper boom-bap rap from the city itself is like finding a needle in a haystack these days. I felt like I got transported back to the trunk of a 1976 Cadillac while being kidnapped in New York City while listening to this. This is how raw it feels.
The boys flow off each other like water and I am so glad to have heard this one along with seeing a visual for it. Nym will continue to build his prestigious rep with whoever is on the cuts with him, but it doesn’t hurt that they’re some legendary souls as well. You can check it out here.
