Hot off walking the Balenciaga runway, Kanye West Unveiled his newest collection titled “YZY SZN 9” with a secret runway show in Paris, France. Ye opened the show in true Kanye fashion, with a rant.

He went over all of the people and companies in the industry that did him wrong as of late and stated that they cannot and will not slow him down.

“You can’t manage me; this is an unmanageable situation” said Ye.

He then stated that the idea for this collection is that everything in it was either a pull-on or pull-over with absolutely 0 buttons or zippers.

“This is an idea of supply, the future of clothing, no hardware.”

The Donda Dove’s Children’s Choir opened the show singing gospel versions of Ye hits as the clothes began to come out and it is exactly what you would expect from a runway show. A lot of things that serve no use in day-to-day life but look really cool when a model wears them. They focused on exaggerating the human silhouette as much as possible for this show and it is very apparent in each piece.

Many of these outfits almost look like something out of a science fiction book, like the pullover puffer hoodie with a built-in flashlight for example. Read that again, doesn’t that sound like I made it up?

Surprisingly, the most off-the-wall piece of the night wasn’t the puffer coat with a built-in giant hand holding it, it wasn’t the full-body catsuit, and it definitely was not the pullover hoodie with a built-in full-face mask.

It was a screen-printed long sleeve T-shirt of Pope Juan Pablo II with the words “We Will Follow Your Example” in Latin on the front and the statement “white lives matter” printed along the back, trust me I don’t get it either.

He later clarified his stance with a post on Instagram with a post that read

“EVERYONE KNOWS THAT BLACK LIVES MATTER WAS A SCAM NOW ITS OVER YOU’RE WELCOME”.

Somehow his answer raises even more questions, gotta love Ye

The show closed out with a demo of Kanye’s unreleased track produced by James Blake titled “Always”, this is one of three songs James Blake has stated to produce for Kanye on his newest album DONDA 2 which was announced early this year but has yet to receive a release date.
