Philadelphia’s Starr Skii slips effortlessly into yet another lane of rap with help from Fort Worth rapper and 1017 signee Enchanting. Skii’s foray into whisper rap should come as no surprise as she’s been able to successfully try her hand at several deliveries and flows throughout the year.
Her last single “Tap In” ft. Enphamus had a bouncy southern feel to it while “Hoe Touch”, which she dropped in the summer, was a little more tied to a side of the current Philly street rap sound.
