After a longstanding legal battle with Spitta and Dame, it looks like both sides have come to terms in a new $3 million dollar settlement – including legal fees, all of which must be paid by Mr. Dame Dash.
Back in 2012, Spitta Andretti released his Pilot Talk and Pilot Talk II projects through Damon’s imprint. After dropping the project, Dame Dash reportedly continued to drop retail material — causing Spitta to sue for $1.5 million. Canal Street Confidential is coming soon.
