There are few projects slated for 2015 that I am more completely stoked for than the dream collaboration between Toronto instrumental trio BADBADNOTGOOD and lyrical legend Ghostface Killah. Today the combined quartet let go of “Ray Gun” that features the always ill MF Doom to enhance what is already a stunning display of live instrumentation. Raw snare, layered retro organ, and the right bass line texture bring forth some vibrant bars from Ghost and Doom before they let the BBNG boys play it out with haunting horns. This one requires rolling up whatever you have in front of you and spinning this on repeat until we get Sour Soul on February 24th.
