After failing to deliver his Ghetto Heaven Vol. 1 mixtape on the 4th of July and failing to explain why, Cam’ron comes out of nowhere with a brand new track titled “Welcome To My World” where he raps about the streets of Harlem, dog fights, nail salons and other shit. According to Karen Civil, the new date is now October 1st but we’ll see if Cam actually sticks to that this time.
