If you’re an aspiring rapper, you better hope you got PR skills like Drake’s people. After getting everyone’s attention a couple days ago with his 50K strip club runs, Drake makes headlines once again with the release of a new song. Just like ‘9AM In Dallas’, apparently Drake recorded this at 5AM in Toronto even though when he dropped it last night it wasn’t even 5AM anywhere in Canada. This time around, he gets more aggressive with the bars as you can hear subliminal shots to MTV, Weeknd, Chris Brown and just rappers in general. And to top it off, this Boi-1Da beat is just way too ridiculous. I don’t think we’ve ever heard anything like this from him. What’s also kind of funny is the beat is left open at the end and it awkwardly ends before it restarts. He just made it extremely easy for you rappers who want to loop shit and drop their own freestyle as soon as possible. Nothing Was The Same coming later this year.
