It’s crazy to think that we’ve watched Earl Sweatshirt grow up. When we were first introduced in 2010 he was a 16-year old phenom – the smart, quiet Odd Future member who rapped like DOOM. We’ve come a long way since then. Now in his late twenties, Earl is the most mature, intelligent rapper today, and he’s making the best music of his entire career right now.
His new album SICK! is the culmination of everything he’s been up to thus far. The production is almost unbearably smooth, the flows sound like nothing you’ve ever heard before, and the lyrics are worth spending months studying. To coincide with the album’s release, Earl‘s dropped a new video for “Titanic,” the third single from the record that dropped late in 2021.
