No Hay Ley by Kali Uchis

I can’t even lie; I know zero Spanish, but I still find myself singing along to this new Kali Uchis record. “No Hay Ley” is a house-inspired record with some of the sweetest vocals and chord progressions. However, the track has been out for a week, and the music video just dropped. Throughout the video run time, Kali looks bad as hell; she’s a stunning person. I’m glad this single has its visual; there may be a possible rollout in the works!

4LIFERS by Clark D

Clark D should be a name you get accustomed to seeing. The multi-instrumentalist, engineer, and Hip-Hop artist has been on a tear with all of his latest singles! “4LIFERS” is an addition to this monumental run. This record has ridiculous bass and some significant flows. I feel this record has some of his unique cadences, and I love the growth. I’m also a fan of all the Massachusetts love in the lyrics. Check this record out!

The Source by Van Buren (ft Conway The Machine)

Van Buren has just released their latest project, DSM, and they have a classic record on their hands with “The Source”. “Fuck the Source; I’m the source for real” is a crazy hard bar, and Jiles is a show stopper on the record. I feel like this is one of his best performances, and he stands bar to bar with Griselda’s own Conway The Machine. The production is gritty, and the bars are top-tier; you can’t be mad at this track.

E-motions by Mura Masa (ft Erika de Casier)

Well, this was a record I’m surprised to like as much as I do. Mura Masa gives us some lofi-jungle with pop melodies on “Emotions”. However, Erika de Casier steals the show. This is my first time hearing her, and I’m beyond impressed. I love her laid-back style and cute vocalizations. I will be doing a deep dive into here catalog later today! This song is one of one!

Reaching 2 by Eden

Eden is an artist I was unaware of before I heard “Reaching 2,” but this record is incredible. I assumed it was going to be an average pop cut, but I love the glitchiness of the song. This is a super lowkey hyper-pop ballad with a lot of depth and an outstanding vocal performance. The lyricism is personal, and you can feel the emotion pour out of Eden’s voice. I’m a fan, and you should become one as well!

Centipede by Amindi (Ft Kenny Mason)

Honestly, I came to this record because of the Kenny Mason feature, but I keep replaying it because of Amindi’s stellar performance. “Centipede” is a classy record that we see a great duo in pure form. These artists need more collaborations in the future because they make some great music together. I love how fluidly the song bounces back and forth with a nontypical song structure, allowing the song to be refreshing. This is a must-listen!
