Admit It by Ski Mask The Slump God

The long-awaited return of Ski Mask The Slump God has taken place, and his flows are more elastic than ever. “Admit it” is a highlight from the mixtape he dropped, and it has an incredible amount of energy. You get the gritty production we come to love from him and some clever one-liners as well. This record is fantastic.

Lipstick by Willow

Following up her viral hit “Transparentsoul”, Willow gives us the rock-inspired “Lipstick”. I don’t know what she’s been doing in the studio, but it’s crack. This record is about spreading your wings trying to reach cloud 9. The roaring band and her angelic vocals are phenomenal and incredibly unique. Check this out below!

Cologne by Beabadoobee

Beabadoobee has been someone I’ve been paying close attention to for some time now. That being said, I think “Cologne” may be my favorite song from the singer/songwriter. I love the flowing nature of this record and the uptempo production. The mid-song solo is an excellent addition to the structure, adding variation.

That’s Life by Still Woozy

Still Woozy just dropped the first single from his debut album, “That’s Life”. Being a die-hard fan, I was happy to get a new record and the announcement of the long-awaited album. “That’s Life” is about focusing on changing the past but being forced to come to terms.

Bounce by S1mba Ft (Tion Wayne & Stay Flee Get Lizzy)

This is the perfect summer record. “Bounce” by S1mba has a catchy afro-beats hook and some vicious verses, making this ideal pool party record. It’s an overall fun song and will put you in a good mood. Add this to your summer playlist.

Calling U Back by The Marias

“Calling U Back” is a song that instantly caught my attention. The infectious hook and grandiose production are easily one of the most well-crafted of the year. It is juxtaposed to the more subtle verses that are reflective of being stuck in the past. The Marias have something special with this record.
