As we all continue to wait on Jay Electronica‘s long-awaited album, it looks like Jay is taking to Twitter yet again to let off some steam. After thanking a slew of artists, New York rapper Jay Elec took to Social Media yesterday to announce that he has a surprise collaboration with Chance the Rapper in the works, along with a few more blessings to Chris Brown PartNextDoor and much more.
