Hot off the heels of his capstone project “sossaworld,” Kansas City’s hottest producer is showing no signs of slowing down. Sossa keeps pumping out beats at lightning speed, and he’s made another soon-to-be-smash in the form of “Like Juzo,” a collaboration with up-and-coming SoundCloud rapper JVE.
“Like Juzo” features the playful production that’s become sossa‘s signature – his ability to build a fleshed out instrumental over two simple chords is the most impressive feature of his work. JVE, a relative newcomer on the scene, provides a perfect melancholy counter to sossa. JVE‘s just getting started, and there’s bound to be more releases in the future.
