FINALLY, Kendrick Lamar comes out of his cave to talk about the verse heard around the world; his “Control” verse. Unfortunately, this is only a snippet of the full interview that will air on Big Boy’s neighborhood tomorrow morning. He admits that he did not literally mean that he was the King Of NY, though that was enough to upset a lot of NY rappers but either way, I’m looking forward to hearing the full interview tomorrow.
UPDATE: The full 20-minute interview with Kendrick Lamar has been added. Though it is not the Big Boy interview, Kendrick does go in-depth about the verse, and even talks about which responses were his favorite.
