I had a chance to sit down with Peej and Baylen Levine a few months ago and it’s good to see that the youth is having good, clean fun. Peej‘s music needed a bit of smoothing out and this go-round it seems like things are coming together. With a little bit of help from Bernard Jabs on this cut called “Island” we hear this duo trade croons about their dreams.
Peej plays the music game in a very gentle and calm way, gifting his fans songs that empower the listeners. It connects with this younger generation that they have built throughout the Youtube years and gives them a choice between the typical boisterous acts, or the beloved Peej. Jabs does his thing per usual and Peej showed up and showed out. Chiefers is for the people, so until the next peep this gas below.
