MVNNY, hailing from Maryland, is just different. He is stacked to the brim with incredibly fun raps filled with a soothing voice and some 808 claps that will send you to musical brain purgatory.
His past singles “On Me” and “Five” remind me of Smino mixed with Redveil with a dash of Earl Sweatshirt‘s drill type of cadence you’ve seen on Making The Band (Danity Kane) and that one unreleased BNYX snippet that had us in a chokehold when we saw the videos of him performing it on tour.
He has the resume for any music lover to enjoy top to bottom. These music videos flow perfectly with the songs and truly have given me hope as to what the DMV is molding in to.
Rest in peace Goonew.
Regardless, this man is having a great 2023 and I can’t wait to see more of him.

Sick stuff.
