Quickly rising Long Beach rapper Huey Briss calls on Chiefers for the premiere of his newest single, “Rich Dad Poor Dad.” Briss linked up with legendary Pro Era producer Chuck Strangers for the subtle and understated instrumentation as the rising rapper drops crazy word play on the single, flexing his usual wise sounding cadence over guitar riff laced classic hip hop sounding production from Chuck.
Briss has been gaining a buzz out of LA for the past few months, linking up with Adam22 and then Da$H more recently. Shortly after that Long Beach legend Vince Staples gave Briss a shout out cosign on a live radio show. Briss is coming off the hype of his recently released and well-received Black Wax project with Niko Beats. Chuck Strangers has his own project, Consumer Park, releasing March 16th.
