Although Trek Life just dropped his top notch new album Hometown Foreigner on Mello Music Group, he has returned with a digital release of this once physical mixtape Hometown Heroes. DJ Rhettmatic of the Beat Junkies crew put together the project which features Oddisee and Exile among others, as well as production from Evidence, DJ Babu, and Duke Westlake. Continuing a trend that we also saw with the Homeboy Sandman x DJ Hav project Orphans, this is truly a greatest hits with style. Both sides of this spin fluid and is the perfect roll up and cruise soundtrack for the week. Check it.
