After connecting with Von (Rest in peace to the King) on “Slide,” Yak continues to spill his dark lyrics like everyday is Halloween and honestly for Yak it probably is. Yak Yola brings a crazy energy on every record, something that can be admired by most of his peers. The Philly rapper is coming off the release of his recent project, Once It’s Up, which was released a few weeks ago. Overall, Yak is special. Stay tuned.
