If you remember correctly, TDE’s CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith finally announced that Jay Rock will drop his new album 90059, but said it had to reach a certain amount of pre-order’s before they went ahead and released the highly-anticipated album — which actually started with some random date in 2016.
