YBN Cordae Shares His Year In Review With A New Song & Visual, “What’s Life”

YBN Cordae is the YBN member most known for keeping it real. In “What’s Life”, Cordae starts off the record by saying, “What is life without love, what’s life without dreams, what’s life without goals, everyday ain’t what it seems // what’s life without friends who remain genuine, don’t care about the money or what type of crib you in.” While we see so many artists get lost in the limelight, Cordae stays humble and stays true to the people and experiences that led him to where he is today, on the last day of 2018. In the visual for “What’s Life”, we see meaningful moments from Cordae throughout 2018, like clips from his tour with Juice WRLD, spending time with his fellow YBN affiliates YBN Nahmir and YBN Almighty Jay, or meeting other creatives such as Cole Bennett and Yung Bans. This is one of my favorite efforts from Cordae and it proves to me that he really is here to stay for the long haul–genuine art lasts forever.
