After celebrating the release of North Las Vegas native, Impact RH‘s acclaimed debut, last week, Sin City returns with a knockout punch in the form of Papichuloteej‘s enjoyable new single, “How Does it Feel?”
Produced by by Fantom, “How Does It Feel?” is signature Teej at his best, utilizing relatable songwriting, relaxing live production–including a brilliant guitar loop from, Alec Zeilon–and a strong sense of command on exactly how he wants the record to feel. Singing about a love that’s lost, but never forgotten, Teej showcases his ingenious pen. As he gives us a solid 3-minutes of Instagram-caption worthy lyrics, this creates a viral campaign on accident.
After breaking through regionally in 2019 with his last couple of releases, “How Does It Feel?” seems like it’s setting up to be the record that breaks him nationally. With an inclusion already on Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist on only its second day of release, it seems like the industry is already starting to agree with us.
