Orlando rapper HOTBOII has become one of my favorites in Central Florida, and it’s because his sound is nothing like his competition. Being from Florida, most critics point out that “most” Florida rappers tend to “sound” like Kodak Black. Although I disagree with the misinformed critics, HOTBOII is one of the few artists within Florida that you can’t pin that statement on. He’s just too different.
Now, with his buzzing record “YG’s” starting to go up in the clubs and local realms within Central Florida, HOTBOII looks to keep the momentum up with another new crisp visual to his new single, “In A Cell,” and it’s an absolute must-listen!
Like most of his songs, “In A Cell” has a ton of pain in it, showcasing the portal that he lives in each day. No word on when HOTBOII plans on dropping a full-length album, but we’ll surely keep you posted. Check out “In a Cell” below, and stay tuned for more.
