After the release of the lead single “We Can Go” with Nick Mira, Highway quickly announced the release of his second EP of 2022 “Livin Like That” which we finally got to hear last night. Holding features from Nick Mira and Destroy Lonely, the project contains five tracks, each one bringing a unique energy to the project making it enjoyable for any listener. Highway has polished his sound with every release and continued to pave his own lane each time, and it feels with this one that he’s really come into his own and pioneered a sub-genre all to himself.
After surpassing all expectations on his self-titled project that dropped earlier this year, Highway has now delivered another innovative and immersive project, cementing himself in hip hop. The beat selection throughout the project sets the tone, truly innovating production in underground hiphop.
