“SOS” by far is one of my favorite R&B songs to come out this year! Matt Cleare comes with a jam that brings me back to my childhood and the times my parents would play music around me. This is the real deal, and I can’t get over it.
The track takes influence from 90’s Neo-Soul, with beautiful harmonies. The group vocals add vibrance to the record and give it a nostalgic feeling. That being said, the production is very modern and places the record into the 20201 music landscape. If Cleare has more records like this in the vault, I’m thoroughly excited for his future releases!
